Guild Quality, an Atlanta based market research firm, has recognized 404-CUT-TREE for its high customer satisfaction among Atlanta based home services companies. The award is the Atlanta Service Excellence Award. It’s based upon what 404-CUT-TREE’s customers say about its performance after completing work at their home.

Over the past few months, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted from clients all over Atlanta and identified the top performers in the residential home services and residential construction industry. The winners of its first-ever Atlanta Service Excellence Award achieved over a 90% recommendation rate from their clients.

Geoff Graham, GuildQuality’s Founder and CEO, shared about the significance of winning the new award: “With our Atlanta Service Excellence Award, we were looking to shine a spotlight on the very best companies in Atlanta that are building, remodeling, and caring for homes. This year’s winners can be distinguished by the unique award badges on their websites.” Some of the winners include: LeafGuard of North GA, GA Classic Pools, Exovations, FrontPorch, Champion Windows of Atlanta, Dr. Roof, Ashton Woods Homes Atlanta, Taylor Construction, Distinctive Remodeling Solutions, Inc, and of course 404-CUT-TREE.

Each month, Guild Quality surveys a sample of customers who have had recent work performed by Atlanta tree removal specialists, 404-CUT-TREE. The customers rate the tree removal company’s performance in eight areas including communications, quality of work, job cleanliness, safety and trust. Each customer surveyed is asked if there are any specific areas needing to be improved and whether they felt they’d received a fair value for their money. These (anonymous) results are published on the Guild Quality web site and summarized for reporting purposes.
