Tree Climber in Training

Be accepted into our school at $10/hr.  Within 1 month you'll be earning $12/hr as a Groundsman/Climber in Training.  Within 6 months you'll be earning $15/hr as a Jr. Tree Climber.  Within 3-5 years you'll be earning $20/hr as a Journeyman Tree Climber.  Within 5 - 10 years, you'll be earning $25/hr as a Sr. Tree Climber.  CALL NOW -- ONLY TWO POSITIONS OPEN.

We are seeking year-round climbers to join our growing team.  Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year production climbing experience & be familiar with current arboricultural standards & practices.  Pay ranges from $17/hr to $25/hr depending on experience.  In season, we do work a lot of overtime.  Many of our climbers worked 50 - 60 hours for four months in 2013.

Office Manager Wanted

Our office manager will be leaving in August and we are looking for a strong person to replace her. The individual we seek will be responsible for the Customer Service inbound calling function,human resources, A/R and A/P, Sales Arborist scheduling and Crew scheduling. This position requires a 110% commitment and the person filling it essentially runs the company. She will be here frequently until 7:00 pm and some Saturdays. We want someone who degreed, computer literate, high energy, is an experienced manager and is looking for a home with a high integrity company.
