Production Supervisor

The responsibility of the Production Supervisor (PS) is to ensure customer satisfaction with safe, efficient operations. The position serves as a senior member of the Operations Manager’s (OpsMgr) staff. The primary focus is managing the 404-CUT-TREE field crew members, as well as vehicles, equipment and tools utilized. Secondarily, the PS should strive to be a team player, continually finding ways to help the organization including handling estimates, filling in for absent production workers, etc.

This is a hands-on position requiring an intensity of commitment, determination to succeed and high attention to detail. Time required is estimated at 50 – 60 hrs per week, Monday through Friday including some Saturdays as applicable to the business needs. Meetings are required as applicable to membership on company management team.

Specific experience desired includes supervision of multiple crews, Hispanic environment, heavy equipment familiarity, hands-on servant leadership. Tree Service Production Manager

Tree Climber in Training

Be accepted into our school at $10/hr. Within 1 month you’ll be earning $12/hr as a Groundsman/Climber in Training. Within 6 months you’ll be earning $15/hr as a Jr. Tree Climber. We are seeking year-round climbers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year production climbing experience & be familiar with current arboricultural standards & practices. Pay ranges from $17/hr to $25/hr depending on experience. In season, we do work a lot of overtime. Many of our climbers worked 50 – 60 hours for four months in 2013.
